Review of Mad Max 2 (1981) by Blaine T — 09 May 2015
Much better than the first of the series. It goes back and explains what's going on. I found the movie a bit hard to follow and understand; however, I really enjoy trying to flesh out the mechanics of fictional post apocalyptic worlds. Why are people behaving the way they are? What's valuable? This has plenty of that--so I was quite satisfied.
It also has plenty of fire, killing, and action. There's not a single dull moment.
