Review of Mad Max 2 (1981) by Carole T — 15 May 2015
One of the rare sequels that's actually better than the first film; you can also say that of Empire Strikes Back.
The film has everything you want in an action flick...I would say it's a western with cars in it. Once again Gibson portrays Max as the baddest man in the Australian wasteland. This movie has been the model for most action flicks, and still influences even today. Every stunt is real, not like the CGI they use in today's films. This is a true classic.
