Review of Mad Max (1979) by Adam F — 23 Nov 2012
As much as I like the character of Mad Max himself, the first movie is somewhat of a bore to watch. A movie of Mad Max's genre, doesn't need to feel like you are "at work" when you are watching it.
The biggest problem I have with the movie is that it takes about 7/8 of the movie to build up Max's character into Mad Max and then the last 15 minutes you get the best parts of it.
