Review of Mad Max (1979) by Vadim D — 16 May 2015
The film that started it all. It doesn't have the outlandish costumes or sets as the sequels to follow, but still has plenty of cooky characters. Mad Max feels like Clockwork Orange for the mainstream audience, albeit less of the subversive social commentary that was provided by Kubric.
