The cast has talent, the story had potential, but the film never delivered. The chemistry didn't seem like it was there and the movie never quite gelled together. I didn't know whether to classify this as a comedy or an action type of film but it doesn't even really fit in either.
Don't waste your time this forgettable early 90's flick, it wasted mine.
