Good, but nowhere near as funny as I was hoping, especially considering Will Forte & Kristen Wiig are great. There's some good jokes, but a lot of it is strained. Val Kilmer's really awesome in this - much the same as Segal's villain in Machete.
MacGruber is to MacGuyver what Austin Powers is to James Bond, but not done quite as well.
