A very dark, intense, amazingly directed telling of Shakespeare's Macbeth. I loved the way the director used the environment to enhance the scenes and already compelling soliloquies. all the cast members do a great job as well, Fassbender especially.
my only problem with this is the way the words were spoken, at times it was difficult to understand due to almost whispering speaking or they were uttered too fast and with a heavy Scottish accent, makes it difficult to understand.
aside from that, a great movie and showing of Macbeth.
