Review of Macbeth (2015) by Hugo G — 05 Feb 2016
The cinematography of this movie was outstandingly beautiful, one of the best I've seen. Each and every scene looked incredible and with the scenery it was the perfect combination. Also, the performances were on point, with Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard delivering excellent performances. However, since I'm not an avid fan of Shakespeare and its embellish way of speaking, I found it a little hard to follow and even in the beginning a tad tedious. Nonetheless, it was a very good movie with great production on both sides of the camera.
