It's such a massive rip-off of E.T. that you just laugh while watching it. They tried so hard to use cheap gimmicks to cover up what they couldn't achieve to make it as epic as E.T...sympathy vote for the main character in a wheelchair, choreographed dances in McDonalds, wild stallions running wild next to a van driving off road, Tina Caspary's sexy ass.
It seems like this movie almost foreshadows what Hollywood is doing today to great movies of the past.
