Review of Mac and Me (1988) by Mister M — 28 Nov 2016
One of the greatest films in the history of cinema. It finelt purveys a sense of urgency with the main characters, Eric and "Mac", while they are brought on an adventure of a lifetime. Mac, or a "Mysterious Alien Creature", looks wonderful in this film.
The combination of animatronics and special effects is a truly special spectacle, and I have yet to see anything better than it. In all my years of watching the finest movies on the planet, I believe that this is the one.
This movie has shown me that maybe, just maybe, we all have a little bit of "MAC" in all of us.
