Review of M3GAN (2022) by Honestreviews66 — 22 Feb 2023
Your usual 'AI learns things itself and does bad things' trope, now playing out in the form of a doll. Nothing particularly novel or exciting here, although decent enough for a casual watch.
On a side note... a 'strong, independent woman' who spends so much time at work that she doesn't have a partner or children, and doesn't even know how to relate to children... I thought this was supposed to be sci-fi? This is now very much real life. And that, ladies and gentleman, is the real horror element of this film.
