Lymelife is a wakeup call movie, under the shiny outside even an American Dream family has to face reality and undergo the hardships of everyday life. Raising a family and keeping a marriage together is not easy and the movie proves that.

I really like the way the youngsters of the movie make their first love experience feel so believable and it grew on me, it is the most enjoyable part of the movie. The parents and their marriage problems fare bit worse but they do not ruin the show. This warm and feel good movie has one negative side that I could not get over with, the editing is hectic and jumping all around the place. Even with the flaws the movie is still very much watchable. Everybody can find something to relate to in the movie which is always a good thing.
