Necessarily long... But the story is very good, and the actors are really good too. The main problem I have is that I think the same story (if not better) could be told in less time and without the content awarding it an NC-17 rating.
I'm all for no censorship, but this movies sex scenes just seem to be there for fan service. They are integral to the story, they just didn't need to be as frequent or as lengthy as they were.
