Review of Lust, Caution (2007) by Chris S — 24 Jun 2008
Here's an interesting espionage film from Ang Lee who proves again that he is a completely versatile filmmaker. The outfits of the female protagonist are gorgeous, and the story is really engaging.
The ending isn't what I wanted but it still makes sense; it is tragic yet unfortunately realistic. Grace from Will and Grace says that Ang Lee's films are a little slow-paced yet visually stunning, and I absolutely agree with her.
