I really wanted this movie to be good. I really enjoyed the idea even if it's based on a logical fallacy. However it ended up feeling hobbled together from too many half built ideas.
The breaks and flashes of reference we see throughout distract and remove continuity from each scene instead of enhancing the individual moment.
The CGI, while visually stunning, were overkill and useless to the overall story.
The story itself is too convoluted and overthought. Like this review it jumps around without any consideration for the previous thought.
