Throughout this entire movie, I really just couldn't shake the feeling I was watching a more female friendly Rounders. Mostly because of the 'romance incapable- brooding loner what has a problem with daddy" (it happens to the best of us, yes, but do we need to keep seeing it at the movies?) who could only be truly cured by the love of a beautiful, compassionate woman.

Don't get me wrong though, this was certainly an entertaining flick. Robert Downey Jr has an excellent part about half way through (further evidence of what a great actor he is) and its always nice to see that Robert Duvall is still kicking around as well.

Worth a viewing, particularly if you've got a date.
