Just saw the movie Loving Vincent. Each frame is painted. 65000 painted frames in the style of Vincent Van Gogh! An irridescent and beautifully textured masterpiece. The story is equally emotive and multi layered.
Excellent casting choices. Reminds me a little of a film called "Waking Life" but this is far more watchable and the painting technique far more luminous and vibrant. One is pulled into a swirling beautiful painting about Van Goghs life.
The soundtrack is epic too. PERFECT. MIND BLOWN!
