Review of Loving Annabelle (2007) by Mcclain W — 14 Feb 2008
This movie spells out "anxiety" in a nutshell. It captures the quintesential feelings one goes through as a gay teenager. What makes the movie so believable is Diane Gaidry's role as the teacher.
She is very nieve, withdrawn from herself and repressed, it is in the end her student Annabelle (playes by Erin Kelly) who frees her. If Annabelle had been the prey and Simone the predator this movie wouldnot have been as effective.
