Review of Loving (2016) by Ray S — 06 Mar 2017
An overly sedate movie of a huge moment in American history. The characters were terribly underdeveloped. But I kept watching because of the 2 performances. Ruth Negga got most of the attention, but I was more impressed with Joel Edgerton, who was barely recognizable with his evil-albino hair and hillbilly teeth (is he the same guy who played Tom Buchanan in The Great Gatsby?!!).
