Before Medem's Sex and Lucia, there was this unique winter themed tale of love, lust and romance between a loosely stepbrother and stepsister coupling.
The mood and aesthetics match. Cold, blue, soothing and circular. Just one of those existential type films that's just fun to go with. Alto pan pipes and well placed sound effects underscore the film. It is simply an experience.
