Review of Lover Come Back (1961) by Clarice M — 17 May 2008
Considering the majority of "modern-day" romantic comedies have taken most of their cues from movies such as this, one would think that somewhere along the line they would have been able to capture the same effortless wit and charm.
It's honestly funny, and that's refreshing -- it's just also minorly depressing when you realize that you have to go back to a 60s sex farce to find it.
