Review of Lovelace (2013) by Jorge R — 08 Dec 2013
Not a particularly nuanced or surprising look at the life of Linda Lovelace, but certainly competently made. Seyfried delivers a compelling performance as the eponymous character, even though Sarsgaard commands every scene his in.
The one thing I truly hated in this movie: James Franco as Hugh Hefner. An unnecessary role in the film, and a hammy cameo.
