Review of Love, Wedding, Marriage (2011) by Marilee A — 26 Aug 2011
Mandy Moore plays a marital counselor with a Ph.D, a thriving private practice and a hunky new husband (Kellan Lutz) who discovers her parents' happy marriage is unexpectedly headed for divorce. Desperate to stop their separation she stops at nothing plunging from one compromising situation to another all while neglecting her spouse, who begins to wonder what he signed up for. Will she destroy her own marriage and her professional life in her attempt to get her parents back together?
Love, Wedding, Marriage is the directorial debut of Dermot Mulroney, who's starred in his share of rom-coms, but his first turn behind the camera doesn't bring any noteworthy insights to the genre.
The highlight of this film was the shirtless Kellan Lutz!!
