Review of Love the Coopers (2015) by Ellen E — 15 Nov 2015

This is possibly one of the worst movies I've ever seen. It's so sad to see such great talent wasted on a disaster of a screenplay and script. I wanted to walk out so many times, but I was with a friend.

Every cliche is there, but done with overkill and such saccharine sweetness, that I thought I'd contracted diabetes. This movie somehow manages to insult the viewer by bashing us over the head with everything it wants to convey, with its predictability, with its lack of imagination.

Maybe the producers wanted another Love Actually. In their dreams.
