This film shows people that it's normal to be gay and you don't need to label yourself or feel alone or left out for being different. As a gay teen I found this film very inspiring and touching (I cried like 5 times).
They also couldn't have picked a better actor for simon, he portrays what it's like to be a home sexual teenager very well!
