Review of Love Me or Leave Me (1955) by Paulo B — 14 Mar 2009

What an interesting musical! The leads are both quite unlikable, and cruel. But it's still very watchable thanks to Doris Day's great singing, the great songs and arrangements. And especially notable is James Cagney's great portrayal of Martin Snyder.

I think the movie goes a little downhill in the second half, but the ending is great.
