Review of Love Me, Love My Doll (2007) by John R — 18 Aug 2007
Great film, but misses in its effort to be a true classic by casting non-singer Marlon Brando in the lead (which should have been Frank Sinatra's), and dropping several great songs from the Broadway show and replacing them with less than stellar efforts.
Dropping the classic "I've Never Been In Love Before" for the listless "Woman in Love" is one of the worst decisions in movie musical history.
