Review of Love Is a Many-Splendored Thing (1955) by Justinian W — 13 Aug 2008
We usually watch this movie every August. Though the ending is sad, and that song gets pounded into your head, this film delivers. William Holden shows why he was a star and the tension between intercultural relations, societal norms, and international conflict on both the battle front and the interpersonal level is well done.
