Though it is quite different than the book I found it very original and complete. The only thing that irritated me was that the charactes of the old Fermina and Florentino were not convincing. Fermina especially looked just too young to be 72.
They did a better job with the torso, yet you didn't get to see that closer. Apart from that it did a good honour to the unforgetable classic novel.
