In so many ways this was not a "love happens" film. Most of the movie is just a seminar on how to cope with the loss of a loved one. As far as following the storyline, this should have been named "Acceptance Happens".
And don't be fooled, this was not a funny movie, but hopefully it wasn't intending to be.
