Kristin Scott Thomas is undoubtedly brilliant, catching your attention with whatever she does. Otherwise, the film, after quite a good start, really develops in something mixed, with the main part of the thriller unfolded in a weird but somehow old-fashioned way, even worse towards the end with its dubious and prolonged prison scenes and contrived 'open-end'.
