Seemed like a waste of time watching this. It's a romantic comedy that starts with sex, ends with love, and tries to redeem itself through an altruistic plot related to an illness. I suppose if you're completely mesmerized by Anne Hathaway or Jake Gyllenhall, it might be worth watching, but for the rest of us, I'd recommend skipping it.
