The title is repelling, the script is silly, and the acting is unusually flat. Even though it concerns a mature topic of a serious illness, and one person's struggle to cope with it and find true love, it still isn't as convincing as it should be.

While the couple of star-crossed lovers (Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway) tries to find a cure for what's ailing their relationship, it isn't able to produce any laughs and stays passive till the very end.
