I watched for what seemed like an eternity, 55 minutes, and mercifully ended it. I'm a huge fan of period pieces. However, Love & Friendship, is one of those rare exceptions to that rule. It is an attempt at humour that falls flat.
The costumes and settings are lovely. In the end, I do not recommend this movie.
