Up there with Annie Hall as Woody Allen's greatest film! Full of classic, stupid one-liners and brilliant slapstick that pokes fun at Tolstoy, Ingmar Bergman and all european cinema. Love the 'Wheat' sequence, and the classic moment when a flock of sheep interrupts a battle - Allen's comic comment on the stupidity of warface laid bare.
Endlessly watchable and beats War And Peace hands down!
