Review of Love and Death (2013) by Petros T — 26 Feb 2011
Although the beginning is rather tepid, "LAD" soon had me laughing my head off, thinking how brilliant Woody Allen is. For, despite few not that fascinating scenes, this is brilliant indeed, a glorious parody/ farce/ satire that feels like the ancestor of "Black Adder" and most '80/ '90s parodies.
Strangely enough, though, for me the Greek title ("O Eirinopoios" = "The Peacemaker") outdoes the uninspired original one.
