If the Sex Pistols released a Christmas album, it still would not have been as glib about its own sick consumerist heart as this all-out orgy of cynicism, this fatally secret joke at the expense of its own audience, stopping -just- short of a cadaverous Bill Nighy snarling into the camera, "Merry Christmas, you sad sodding twats.
