Review of Louis C.K.: Chewed Up (2008) by Nick O — 07 Jul 2010
Loaded dynamite, going off in extreme form. Louis C.K. lets the jokes fly, uncensored and flowing, riffing on the little things that make people human. Life is a funny thing, and C.K. builds an empire of deprecation off of that.
Never mean or really offensive in any way; it's a natural act. You learn more about life, showing why it's worth it through examples of why it isn't, here more than you would the best of art flicks in Los Angeles janitor closets.
Keep in mind, all between one guy and a microphone.
