Review of Lost in Translation (2003) by Dani P — 29 May 2013
Watching this film makes you fall in love not only with Scarlett Johansson but also with Sofia Coppola and Japan. Everything here is stunning: photography, characters and script. This story about a man unable to connect with his wife and children and that ends up in a totally different country is extremely enjoyable to follow.
It's amazing to see his adaptation and findings in Japan, along with a sweet and interesting young woman. You may think: "Bill Murray and Scarçett Johansson, what are the odds?". But they actually make a great pair.
