Review of Lost in Translation (2003) by Rusty S — 20 Jun 2014
A film that a lot of people probably won't get, but there's probably been no better study, nor one that's more subtle than the study of the relationship between Bob and Charlotte in Lost In Translation.
The whole film has a dream-like quality to it, but the film uses its brilliant casting to its fullest to tell a story of a bond in the most unlikely place. Anyone who's been homesick in another country, or simply has human emotions will like this movie.
