Review of Lost in Translation (2003) by Aa S — 29 Jul 2014
Arguably Murray's best dramatic role as an apathetic loner of an actor in a country as foreign as the friendship that forms with Scarlett Johansson's character. This film is a dismal, yet uplifting look at how two lost souls find comfort in each other after being complete strangers only the week before.
Strong acting, Strong cinematic atmosphere that provides reinforcement to the mood of the situation at hand.
