Review of Lost Highway (1997) by Mitch T — 20 Mar 2016
Is it decent? Yes. Is it enticing? Not really. Lost Highway is a movie that looks like it should be great, and it has many qualities of being great, but it just seemed like it was confusing simply for the sake of trying to be complex.
It definitely disappointed me (I watched this movie soon after I watched Mulholland Drive and Inland Empire, two David Lynch movies that I really liked a lot) and it simply isn't as good as it wants to be.
