Review of Lost Highway (1997) by Fabulous H — 23 Apr 2011
Loved this movie as an angsty, gothy teenager. Rewatched it as an adult and found it difficult to finish. Most of the players are great and Badalomenti's score--and the gothy soundtrack--are wonderful as well, but even with some wonderfully weird and enjoyable moments, none of this makes up for a contrived and unfocused (at times nonsensical) plot, making this among Lynch's worst.
