While it isn't Lynch's greatest effort; and a very similar vain to his best directorial efforts. Lost Highway succeeds at being a well plotted, thoughtful, surreal, psychological and erotic thriller proud enough to carry Lynch's tone and style.
This film also beats any down trodden directorial effort from the 90s that Lynch simply couldn't match or succeed compared to any of his memorable efforts from the 80s.
