Review of Lost Boys: The Tribe (2008) by Laura B — 20 Oct 2008
Ok, truth:
It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be a complete piece of crap, and it was going to be an hour and forty minutes that I could never get back. It's still an hour and forty minutes that I can't get back, but it wasn't complete crap.
The gore was so-so. I mean, it definitely looked like ketchup at points, and it was frothy at other times, and c'mon, do you have frothy blood?
Acting surprisingly wasn't that bad. And I was rather shocked to find Angus Sutherland, little half-bro to Kiefer, playing the villian, if you can call him that, honestly, I thought he was more likable than the main character, and he's got this crazy accent, not that it's that noticeable, but some words are interesting.
The ending was kinda sucky, though.
All-in-all, not the best I've ever seen by far, but not the worst I've ever seen, either.
