OK, you have to go into this realizing this is a straight to video second sequel to the original Lost Boys. Now if you have seen the first sequel to the Lost Boys, The Tribe, then you know that was a huge let down.

The only thing good about it was that Corey Feldman returned as Edgar Frog, but Jamison Newlander was nowhere to be found, unless you watched the deleted scenes, and he was riding back into town, in a hotrod, and he was a vampire.

Well they are both back in this installment, and they really look about the same, older and a little heavier, but jeez its been what about 23 years. The story is there is a drug out there that is being given to kids at raves, but it's really vampire blood.

So this DJ, DJX, is forming an army of vampires to take over the world, and has kidnapped the brother of Tanit Phoenix's character, and is going to sacrifice him at the next big rave he is throwing.

Tanit Phoenix goes to Corey Feldman to enlist the help of the Frog brothers to rescue her brother, and kill the original vampire, DJX, thus curing all the kids he has infected including her brother. Will he take the job, and where is Alan Frog, and what is his deal.

Watch the movie and find out. Like I said it is leaps and bounds better than The Tribe, not nearly as good as the original, but for a straight to video sequel, and seeing the Frog brothers together again, it was well worth the price of the rental.

Just take it for what it is, a fun vampire movie to watch. And in my opinion, way better than the Twilight series.
