Review of Lost Boys of Sudan (2003) by Wendy S — 01 Jul 2007
Beautifully told story of two sudanese men who've left their homeland to find peace and new beginnings in american society. the docu shows the time of adjustment, shock of a new culture, ideals and assuming new roles.
find it's very informative how complicated the immigration system is, and just how new faces are treated here. takes you back in time to the brutality in sudan, the peace they felt too... and losses experienced.
truly remarkable film.
