Review of Loser (2000) by Nate J — 17 Mar 2012
I love this film. It came out during a period of teen comedies, with rival movies including Van Wilder, American Pie and Scary Movie. The accompanying music video from Wheatus gives the impression you'll be watching the same thing again.
However, it's nothing like them. It's funny, quirky and dramatic. Biggs is so loveable being the guy who can't see a fault in anyone, that you just sit through the film with a 'aww' expression (and sometimes saying it aloud).
Great film, would recommend to everyone at least once.
