Review of Lorenzo's Oil (1992) by Araceli I — 25 Aug 2005
I saw this film in my Biology course and decided I had enough criticism of the film to include it here. Here's my main problem with it: the real story is so inspiring, especially when u see everything those parents do for their kid, that the film version does reality absolutely no justice. N. Nolte's accent was weird and annoying, the acting was surprisingly bland and the settings/cinematography were totally unimpressive. This is such a high impact issue, it should've been a more meaningful interpretation..
