"Anti-climactic" would be a perfect word to describe this tale. The plot keeps driving & driving toward its destination, then, once they get there, the threads all just fray and disappear. Then the film is over. It's not a trainwreck, but it's certainly not a cinematic masterpiece that sinks its hooks into you.
Oh, it also seems like it was about 30 minutes too long -- I probably feel that way b/c the story just dissipates for the last 30 minutes.
